Brad is a Program Officer in Learn and Serve America at the Corporation for Naional and Community Service in Washington, DC. He helped launch the national service agency in 1994 and oversees a grant portfolio in the North Central region of the US, as well as working on youth voice and technology issues, including serving on the agencies' Web 2.0 Working Group.
