An error box comes up with "x" in right hand corner, the "title" of "ok" and then "unresolve" in the center and then an "ok" button. Nothing I do will make this go away!!!! And now it is reproducing!!!
Help!!! I have a screen shot, but didn't know how to send it!

Sounds like it might be. Do you have a website somewhere that you could post the image?
Are you running antivirus software? Try rebooting in safe mode (restart, hold down the F8 key while the RAM test and whatnot are showing, then select "safe mode" from the menu) and running a scan of your system.
