Is the website working right now?

I can't seem to change my registered agent even with the password renewed and I can't order software even though I have not ordered anything for a year. Can you tell me when the website will work again?

  While we are currently experiencing some website issue at the moment (primarily "error checking restrictions" during checkout) I get the feeling that there may be another issue or two with your situation. It may be best to give us a call so that we can assist with all of your questions.

Hi Autumn,

I get the error checking restrictions error message while I am trying to check out. Also, I cannot add or delete the registered agent for our account. If I called you, what phone number should I use? I tried that and was told there was no phone support for Tech Soup.

  Did you call the Customer Service phone number below? What number did you call when you were told that we do not have customer support available by phone? You can asked to be transfered to me once you call...
