Thanks for posting your question. I moved it to the Technology for Fundraising section of our forum because that is where most of the donor management related software questions are posted.
So, to your question, I am thinking that if you are posting here it is probably because you don't have tech support? In case you do, and just haven't thought to call, that is the best way to get your question answered.
If you don't, we are trying to find someone who will answer Sage 50 questions here. At the moment, we don't have anyone who volunteers regularly who has experience with the software. Take a look at this recent thread for a few more details.
