I recently purchased CS3 Extended through the special donations program.
I tried to install it, and thought the installation said it was complete, it never opened the program or the registration screen.
I get a gray screen with the menus at the top, and a never-ending hour glass. If I try to click a menu I get the program is not responding, dialogue box. I tried to reinstall today, and had the same problem.
The disk has a compatibility check, which seems to pass, so I assume everything on my computer system is compatible. I have a ADM Phenom (tm) Quad-Core Processor 2.40GHZ. 8GB RAM and a 64-bit Operating System. It is running Windows Vista Home Premium and all updates are current. It has 2558 MB Graphic Memory and 512 MB Dedicated Video Memory.
Please Help.
