Hello everyone i'm having an annoying issue with installing Service Pack 3 for XP. I get to a certain point and i get this Service Pace 3 Setup Error. a components file does not match the verfication information present in the component manifest

Do you have the error on multiple machines or just on one machine? If multiple machines are you using the same download of SP3 on each machine?
Have you tried to down load the service pack again?

Same machine and i tried to redownload same result.

XP Service Pack 3 is a rollup of Service Pack 2 and all of its updates. Subsequent updates do not depend on having Service Pack 3. So, I would try updating the computer with all critical updates except Service Pack 3 and see if that works for you.
