Non-Profit RFP Bid Sites

I am a small non-profit organization conducting an RFP process for a grant management CRM solution. I have been looking online for RFP job posting sites that cater to non-profit work and have been unseccessful in finding any. Per our funding requirements I must ensure a fair and open process for proposals for this project.

Does anyone know of any sites out there that would help me post my RFP to the correct audience? I would also love responses from other non-profits who have been through a similar process or that are currently using a web-based grant management CRM product.

I'm a technology consultant to nonprofits so clearly I'd be just as excited for that website but I don't think it exists.

I would suggest that you post the RFP to various message boards such as nonprofit groups on LinkedIn, potential software providers forums and superhelpful nonprofit sites like TechSoup (oops - did I just give away my business development strategy?)

Have you considered announcing your RFP on the RFP Database? It is free for you to join, and free for you to announce your RFP. There are over 50,000 members registered in the system (as of Aug 2009) and many of them would be interested in your project.

I would also recommend checking out my blog for some tips on writing, running, and evaluating a RFP process.
