Does anyone know when (if) we will be able to purchase Windows 7 upgrades via TechSoup Stock? We don't want to us up an order now if Windows 7 is close.

It's OK - you're covered.  All licenses from TechSoup come with Software Assurance, so that if an upgrade comes out within 2 years of the purchase, you're entitled to the upgrade when it is released as well.  And most open license products (as you get from TechSoup) now have the installation material downloadable from Microsoft - so you'd just have to go download it when it's available.  In fact, I believe that even before TechSoup might offer Windows 7 directly, purchasing Windows Vista, registering it on the Microsoft website, then visiting again when it's released will give you access to the Windows 7 downloads and installation codes.

One product here that does not have software advantage is the Donated Computer Operating Systems  (DCOS)   which is XP home.  So if you are intending Windows 7 for computers you received with out any OS at all, you would have to order both the DCOS license and the Windows Vista license.
