Order Not Received

We have never received order # 358410, dated April 30, 2009.

The email address listed on the organization's profile does not match your user profile. All donation related emails are sent to the address on the organization's profile, and this may be why you have not yet receive your Symantec donation. Please login to your account, click on the My Account link and the My Organization's tab to review and edit your organization's account information. In the meantime, I will forward the information to the email specific in your post. It will take a few business days to receive the license certificate directly from Symantec. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
