Office 2007 Professional Help

Hi,

Maybe I am missing something, but I ordered Office 2007 Professional, with discs.  Mainly because 2 of our computers don't have internet access so I can't download the program.  When I try to load the discs they seem blank.  What is going on?

What do you mean they seem blank. Can you use explorer to see the disk?

  Have you tried these disks on more than one computer? Can you confirm that whether they are DVDs or CDs? Sometimes Microsoft sends different versions and if they are DVDs and your drive is only for CDs, that may be the problem. You may also want to try downloading Office form the eopen website. If you continue to have problems, please call us.
