Food Pantry software and Bar code hardware and software

Jewish Family Service Agency runs a food pantry for all members of the Las Vegas and surrounding area community.

1. We are looking for software that manages the client list and is flexible enough to have many variables in the design to accommodate our and other food pantry needs. If there is decent software that others are using, I would like to know about it

2. We are also looking for used barcode hardware (readers, etc) as welll as the software interface.

Any suggestions and recommendations would be appreciated
