I am looking for a webpage edit/create application written in PHP that will allow our members to create a page of their own. I need it to be able to integrate (username/password) with out membership database (mysql). Each member should be able to create their own page or pages, upload pictures, choose from several templates to get them started. This site is for high school age kids, it should be simple and allow them to express themselves through their page. I would like an open source solution if one exists.
