STEM educational org

My name is Mariama Boone, Ripple Institute President, a STEM Capacity Building Nonprofit. I run a grassroots nonprofit that is a pipeline for minorty groups interested in STEM. I want to apply for grant but I dont meet most of the funding requirements i.e. operating budget, 2-4 year institition. Any suggestions?

Would STEM stand for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics? I'm not familiar with the acronym, but that's what Google suggested.

In terms of advice on grants, this website might not have the info that you want. TechSoup is focused on helping nonprofits with their technology questions.  For questions about grants, I'd suggest trying a site that is focused on fundraising, perhaps the Idealist bulletin board  would be a good place to start.
