Hello Tahir, I am assuming that you are talking about Symantec Corporate Anti-Virus. The first thing you will do is install the server with console on the server that you'd like to receive and distribute the updates as well as manage the clients, this is called the primary server. You'll then install the server on any other servers that you'd like to group your clients. Each of these will be called secondary servers. We have one server at each location (4 locations) The secondary servers receive updates from the primary server, then send updates to the clients that are assigned to these. When you send out the client installations via the console, it will give you the option of which server will manage the clients. Hope this helps.
