Online Training Programs - Any comments on quality of training

I was wondering if anyone has taken the on-line training courses offered through the Institute of Nonprofit Workforce Alliance???  If so, can you reply as to the quality of the training.  I am specifically asking in regards to the business management section, but other area comments are welcome.
