Is there any interest in having a TechSoup IRC channel?
(Personally, I'm not a big fan of things like Second LIfe and far prefer [what I consider] "more efficient" and flexible types of real time chats.)

I'd probably pop in from time to time. My biggest worry would be spending too much of the work day in there.
