VMware Virtualization Forum 2009

So, VMware puts on free virtualization forums to help you understand virtualization better.  I'm going to be going to the one in Washington DC on May 7, and if enough people here also want to go to NYC in July I'll go then, too.  I find it good to meet a few people, pick some sessions between the group and set aside some time to skip a session that noone wants to go to and have a little meeting.

Anyone out there interested in going?  Check out some details.  The last year's event that I went to was in December so it wasn't so long ago, but it was good.  And they do offer food, it was a decent lunch.

VMware is one of those technologies that can easily justify whatever crazy amount of money you spend on it, and there is a huge ecosystem of solutions that are starting to thrive because of it.

(VMware is not the only player in town, but it's definitely one of the easier cross platform ones to deal with.)
