Adobe Creative Suite CS4

I just purchased and downloaded Adobe Suite CS4. All modules are now installed and work beautifully with the xception of Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Dreamweaver presents a screen asking for the entry of a serial number and will not launch without it. Fireworks presents an error window stating: Could not launch. An internal error occurred>

What is my next step?

Hope you found the solution but it is asking for the box serial number. CS4 runs for 30 days then it slowly via macrovision cuts out programs and features.  If that is not it provide the internal error.
