Outlook 07

Hello i have two issues. #1 Why is it some of my good emails are going in to the junk mail folder? #2 For some reason i have a SPAM folder in my email as well as a junk email folder and i have emails going to the SPAM and when i delete the SPAM folder it reappears. Any ideas?

Outlook '07 provides a 'Junk Email' folder however it does not have a 'Spam' folder by default - it sounds like you may have some other 3rd party software creating this folder. You can stop legitimate mail going to the 'Junk Email' folder by right-clicking on any contained messages and selection "Add Sender to my Safe Senders List". 

My guess is that there is another program running on the Exchange Server that, when installed, autocreated the folders across all the users' mailboxes.

This is also my guess.

Most of the time it is becuase of three reasons.

1. It is being sent to nultiple people,

2. you do not have the person email address in your contacts, or

3.they are using trigger words like "act not"  "thats great" "call me" etc
