Policy and Procedure Manual

Greetings! This is my first post in TechSoup. I have heard great things about TechSoup and am looking forward to gleening as much as I can from all of the wonderful professionals here.

I am working on developing a policy and procedure manual for the development portion of our non-profit. I was wondering if anyone had any resources or examples of manuals that you wouldn't mind sharing.

We are currently using SAGE Fundraising 50 as our donor software.

TechSoup has a Fundraising Toolkit that you might want to take a look at. There's a number of resources there to help guide you through the development planning process.
