social services client intake & case management

I am a start up 501C3 providing social services
referral and case managment to refugees/
immigrants/low-income particularly those who
require language intervention and am looking for
donated or to buy software that would enable
me to manage client intake and case
management (possibly combined with project
managment and account - these last 2 are not
imperitive). Any recommendation help is
appreciated.
