Just wanted to share a cool, exciting, insanely complicated yet totally worthwhile web 2.0 project that the HSUS has going on right now.
We are running a user-generated video contest on YouTube around the issue of dogfighting. This is huge for our organization, not only because of the recent Michael Vick case, but because we’ve never done anything like this before. (gasp!)
Please take a minute to check out our 3 finalists’ videos and vote for your favorite. Each one is only a little over a minute long. Voting ends Thursday, August 30th!

The contest (submissions and voting) was promoted via our social networks, press release, website, and email list.
Will be interested to share ideas and experiences with other orgs that have done similar projects once all is said and done.
