Offering to donate web work to 2 non-profits

We are a new Boulder, CO based web design and development company that wants to give something back to the community (locally and internationally).

I-Data, LLC is a team of two very experienced web designers/ developers who both have our roots in helping non-profits.

We have decided to offer a free basic web design package to two non-profits.

We are accepting proposals from now through the 1st of September 2007. We will announce the winners on our site on September 2nd and contact each applicant during the following week.

To apply your organization must be a registered non-profit, and must either want a completely new site or not currently have a site. Sorry, this offer does not include ‘revamping’ an existing site or other technical needs.

You will be required either purchase or already own a domain name. Additionally, we may be able to offer donated hosting if you do not already have hosting.

This offer is for our ‘Basic Web Site Package’ and assumes that you have an organizational logo and the content for the pages ready for us.

The organization’s that are chosen will have their site completed within one month after providing us with the content and logo and/or pictures they would like on their page. We will do our best to make a site that represents the goals of your organization, though, due to the nature of this offer, we must reserve the right to final say on design elements and details.

Additionally, all organizations that apply will be (at their option) listed on our webpage and will (again, at their option) be offered web design and development services at a vastly reduced rate – as much as 66% off our usually advertised rates.
