We are looking for billing software, which also programs appointment setting. Do you know a good program with these features?
We have 40 therapists in our counseling agency.
I'm not sure if this would work for you or not, but one of my clients sells this kind of software. Their site is located at

We had a very hard time finding a solution to fit our needs, so I finally just buckled down and wrote my own.
The scheduling part actually turned out to be easier to write than the billing component, but neither one was a nightmare, nor were the projects worthy of spending the outrageous amounts of money that some of the vendors out there would like to charge.
