We recently purchased SBS 2003 premium and CALS through Tech Soup. We have the system up and running. However, I have some issues that I need to work through but do not want to interrupt (or cripple!) our real server. Does the licensing allow a user to develop a small test environment using the SBS license that is currently running on the production server? or do you have to buy another license?
Thanks!

... You may not install another copy of the Server Software on the same Server (whether in a separate partition, by using server emulation software, or otherwise). An additional license is required if you install or run a copy of the Server Software on a different Server (for example, a Server employed for backup or fail-over support)....
