Just as a general guideline, what is the best and most appropriate percentage of the organizational budget that should be alloted to the technology budget?
Unfortunately, that is just impossible to guideline without a great deal more information. It would be completely irresponsible to even hazard a guess without knowing the organization's objectives, audience, staff capability, etc. etc.
