From long back on my desktop i have a folder named canada1 (Win XP)......... it is 0 bytes ....... doesnot have any files inside ......... it is empty .......
If i try to delete that ..... it again reappears back on the desktop .......... Y is it not deleting ............. Can any solve my prioblem .... Thanks in Advance.........

If you rename it does another folder appear called cancda1?
I would suspect you have some software running that is recreating the folder if it is not there. You might try the spyware cleaning apps like spybot search and destroy and housecall.trendmicro.com
