I am new to an organization that is currently using Donor2 software. We own the software and currently pay approximately $100 / month in maintence fees.
The problem is that our software is not very user friendly (intuitive) and our new staff do not pick it up very well.
Anybody have experience with this software? Recommendations for similiar products relative cost?
