I am asking this question to all of you: non- profit organizations that use Blackbaud for email marketing, and especially The Razors Edge - the fundraising management system. I use the Razors Edge to access the database with all of the clients I need to communicate with.
Some of the potentioal clients using AOL somehow do not get the emails because AOL's listed in Raiser's Edge from constituent's record may include some bad addresses.
We also have to confirm bad and do not iclude any AOL's - Remove from all ''send'' list, which makes the process of separating the ''Send/Do not Send list is time consuming.
Can anyone that has similar issues suggest something?
