Practical tech planning tools for non-profits

I'm sure many TechSoup users are familiar with the TechAtlas technology planning tool from NPower, which I have worked with quite a bit myself. While I am a big TechAtlas fan, I'm also interested in learning about other tech planning tools for non-profits that I may have missed.

My eventual goal is to develop a "tech planning tools" presentation for a couple of public library conferences later in the year. Outside of TechAtlas itself, I haven't really bumped into too many other relevant tools, other than the TechBuilder tool for schools.

Are any of you aware of practical tech planning tools for non-profits that are worth a look?

Thanks much,

You might want to try the Non-Profit collaborative Strategic Planning site www.strategicplanning.net.
Very good tools and step by step process specifically for Non-Profits.
