This happens everytime we order from this non-profit
organization (computech). I've even sent an email
to customer service and haven't gotten responses. ANyone else have this problem??? I'm real unhappy with this service. It's a GREAT service ONCE you get the product, but so much time is spent trying to get someone to take care of the problem on THEIR end.
