I need to find a database software for a foundation that relies mainly on subscription revenue from their journal, and secondarily on donations revenue. Approx. number of subscribers/members is 3,000. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Hi Menozzi,
You could also try some of the open source software offered within the Empowering Communities Program. You can find out more about the specific pieces of software offered at http://www.malianfoundation.org/emp_comm_program_indx.html. The service is, of course, free.
In your specific situation, I would suggest the Donor Relations Series would be of most use. We can also provide pro-bono consulting services as per needed.

I would reccomend looking at online options that can integrate subscription information and donation capablities. www.memberclicks.com is a good membership option with form processing.
Desktop software ranges from Gift Works ($299 New to TechStock) to Razor's Edge ($10,000+). You can download Gift Works for a month to test drive the software.
