On our terminal server environment we have two employees who need to access and share Quickbooks over the network. Everything was going fine, the terminal server install of Quickbooks worked fine even though it's not supported, and the employees could access and operate fine, until last week. A message saying there was an update ready for install pops up and when you tell it to update, it begins to update and then jumps out and diplays this error:
"Update is unable to complete because the file AutoBackupEXE.exe is the wrong version. Please reinstall Quickboooks and try updating again."
Since we're in a terminal server environment, I don't reallly want to reinstall. Any help or suggestions?
