We have also been in touch with a "sister organization" that has installed a point-to-point video conferencing system that connects 5 conference rooms around the state. They say it is easy to use, and the culture is adapting to its use.

I've also heard many stories about conference facilities that gather dust.

As we begin researching how the various options might work for us in a production (business) environment, I was hoping I could get some examples of video conferencing installations (point-to-point or peer-to-peer) that seem to be working...or not. Any advice on how to proceed would also be appreciated.
