TechSoup Stock Tips: #2 Fiscal Year End!

As many of you know, the end of the fiscal year is coming up quickly. We get many questions at this time of year so I thought it would be great to address some of them here!

Christmas in July! (Well, June.)

For TechSoup Stock, the month of June is like Christmas. This means that lines are a bit longer and it may take a while to get through the checkout. We are doing our best to answer all emails, faxes and phone calls to ensure that organizations that need to register, get qualified and request donations before the end of the fiscal year are taken care of. Contacting us by phone is still the best and fastest way to get your questions answered - especially if it is an urgent issue. We thank you for your patience through this busy time.

Fiscal Year and Eligibility

Many emails are being sent with information about donation programs that will recycle at the start of the new fiscal year on July 1st. Generally we are sending these emails to let organizations know that if there are donation programs that they are eligible for and if they have not maxed out their requests for that program this fiscal year, they may want to consider requesting products before the end of June when the programs will begin again.

This is true for almost all of the donation programs through TechSoup Stock with one major exception: Microsoft! The Microsoft Donation Program is based entirely on the dates that your organization requests Microsoft products.
