Having the same problem...authorized agent page isn't working. Can you please send me the information?

Also, we need to change the address we have on file as the employee who input the information gave her home address and she no longer works here. Also, she had us listed under North Carolina and we are located in South Carolina. What should we do to change this? Thanks!

Kim,

I can email you the information. However, signing in under the director's account will not effect the billing or shipping of any items that you request. TechSoup does not keep any payment information once a request is processed. The shipping address resides on the organization's profile and cannot be changed (easily) from one request to another. Please let me know if you have other questions and keep an eye out for the email.

I am having the same problem. The director, Sara, for Misunderstood Rescue does not remember the Organization ID or password for me to become an authorized agent. She had given me her log in information so that I can get the software I need, but if I order it under her name, then it will get mailed and billed to her. Can I get the forms you are sending everyone as well to become an authorized agent? k_cornett@comcast.net

I as well am having the same problem becoming the authorized agent for my organization. I sent a direct email two days ago and haven't heard back. What do you need to get me access?

According to the account information that I can see, you are currently listed as the Authorized Agent for an organization. If you are experiencing any problems accessing the account, placing orders, or if you would like to be the authorized agent for a different organization, please let me know and I will do what I can to assist or resolve the issue.
