First off, you are safe to proceed accessing TechSoup! When visiting our site it is always best to use the full URL (www.techsoup.org). This will ensure that certificate errors are not displayed when you navigate to a secure section of our website. By March 30, we will be implementing an automatic redirect on our web server that will take users to the proper URL (www.techsoup.org) if and when the "www" is omitted. From them on, if users enter a URL beginning with http://techsoup.org into their browser they will be redirected to the appropriate URL beginning with http://www.techsoup.org . From that point forward if users click on a secure link they will not receive the certificate error.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we remedy this issue.

Best,
