&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; You should first give us a call so that we can make sure you have all of the required information for these products. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to reinstall any software product if you are not able to properly un-install the product first. One of the functions of this process is to deactivate the license for re-use. &lt;/p&gt;
