We are opening a second location and would like to share files between the two sites and have email addresses for staff and shared calendars. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Currently we share files in our one locations by saving over a mapped network drive. We use the outlook calendar and google calendar sync to sync the calendar between 3 computers.</p> <p>We are looking at window server and I&#39;m not sure if we need an exchange server </p> <p>Also do I need antivirus software for each mailbox in the exchange server? (we currently use nod32). Our PC supplier has shifted through a few server guys and we don&#39;t have great support or advice from them.
