Would STEM stand for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics? I'm not familiar with the acronym, but that's what Google suggested.

In terms of advice on grants, this website might not have the info that you want. TechSoup is focused on helping nonprofits with their technology questions. For questions about grants, I'd suggest trying a site that is focused on fundraising, perhaps the Idealist bulletin board would be a good place to start.

If you do have any questions about technology and fundraising, please feel free to ask. There are a wealth of resources here, both information and reduced cost products.

Best wishes,
