Thanks for responding. I am in the process of preparing a detailed list of stupid questions to ask the Apricotarians. Their stuff is so intriguing I just get curiouser and curiouser.

In case you don't get any user posts here, you might want to contact Wild Apricot directly and ask them for some customers who will let you call and talk to them. Most companies have a list like that, and although the contacts are certainly selected for satisfied customers, you can still get good info about what works well and maybe any potential weak points.

I'm spending a lot of time looking at Wild Apricot while they consolidate and unify their member and donor data bases. Is anyone here using them in their current configuration? I would be grateful for any input.
