You may already know about this bug, but just in case... When someone subscribes to one of TechSoup's discussion lists (from the list itself, but clicking SUBSCRIBE), it only partially works. The note says you have been subscribed, and when you edit your profile, the subscription appears but with an EXPIRED end date. The system sets a default end date of something like 1/1/1900 if the user fails to specify one. Yet this DATE option is not offered when subscribing. You probably have a lot of users who THINK they are subscribed to lists, but in fact are not. Bug aside, thanks for providing this great service.

We had fixed this bug some time ago, and it has resurfaced recently. We are working to fix it now. Thanks for the alert.
