My wireless card has been working wonderfully for a month now. Last nite it started to really get slow and now any pages i access on the wec get timed out because its not loading. I checked the wireless connection, signal strength excellent. However when i check the wireless connection status, i see that im recieving one packet for every 12 i send. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
First try restarting both the access point and your computer. Then I would suggest turning off encryption to see if that is the problem. You might also try changing the channel on the acces point. Reinstalling the network card driver is always an option.

Last time this happened to me, I switched PCMCIA ports on the computer and it magically worked. I dunno, go figure.....
