I have a user on Windows98 running Office 2000 with McAfee ASAP for virus scan. Her machine is clean, as far as I can tell. When I look at her Word documents through my Windows 2000 machine, the description lists "It's amazing." I seem to recall that that is a symptom of a virus? Anybody have suggestions? I can rename the document description and there's no problem.
Thanks!
Symantec doesn't show any search results for that text. Sounds like something else may have renamed the file description. You should be able to change it back for all documents via Windows Explorer.

Thank you - I will go ahead and rename the files. It doesn't seem to be an issue with file problems, just irritation at having to rename all those files.
