I am involved with multiple non-profits; two musical groups and two AARP volunteer tax programs. Now that you combined all email addresses into one member, how do I address the needs of the other groups?

Hello.
Someone else will most likely add a more detailed post on how this works later, but for now I thought I would post a quick explaination...
The system is setup to allow a single user account, with it's unique email address, to be associated with multiple organizations. Each order placed will need to be for a single organization, but the Order History will clearly show which org an order was placed for and any quantity restricitions for donated products will be applied to each Organization - not to each user.
Hopefully, this will allow you to handle the needs of multiple organizations without any problem.

I think that Taylor pretty much covered everything, but just to add a bit. All of the organizations that you currently have with different My TechSoup accounts will be associated as different organizations with the remaining valid My TS account. When the changes are finalized, you can verify this by loging in to My TS, clicking the TechSoup Stock tab, and in Manage My Account (left side), clicking Edit Organization Profile to see a page listing all the organizations associated with your account.
Also, if you want to add an organization to your My TechSoup account in the future, you can do so by logging in and choosing "register my organization."
