Techsoup Advice

Hello there,first of all i would like to thank you guys for coming together to form such a helpful organisation.I am in the process of registering a non profit in the sub-saharan Africa that involves setting up centers to train people in the marginalised communities i.e slums and villages the basic skills of computing.The organisations'  already registered name is Smart Africa and will be fully registered by the end of next week.With this project i will require help from basically anyone who is willing to give a hand to implement it.My inquiry is that does Techsoup donate refurbished computers at no cost and also does it offer financial aid in any way to such organisations as mine?I would be very thankful for any replies directed to this post.
