Agent Authorized

One of the people in the past that have held my position has used Tech Soup for our agency.  I don't have the log-in information from when she was here and whenever I click on "Authorized Agent Request" I get a page that cannot be displayed.  Is there any way for me to get the agency log-in information??

I am in the same position. When I select Authorized Agent Request I get the same error. Is it possible you could also provide me with the same instructions.

Same message as above. When I try to go to the agent authorization page, the link doesn't work. I would like to be an authorized agent for SERRC.
