What transfer modes Germany-Ghana are cheapest?

we want to register an organisation collecting money in Germany and transfering it to Ghana to support a small project there. The amounts would be around 100 €. Most transfer-options charge high fees.
What would you recomend to let the donated money really reach the needy and not the banks?

It is very complex.  I do not recommend using a bank to wire the money because you will be paying high fees from both ends. Have tried locating a good Moneygram center which charges reasonable fees?   Another approach is PAYPAL.
