Scrolling

I see a new issue with one of users. He has a problem whether he's in Word on the Internet if he tries to scroll down the document automatically goes back to the top. The only way to correct the issue is if he restarts.

If the problem only happens in Word, I would try "Help/Detect and Repair" (office 2003) or Office Button (top left), Word Options, Resources, "run Microsoft Office Diagnostics" (office 2007).
