Vista Domain Issues

When a Vista client is added to the domain and applies the default group policies, the diagnostic policy service and dhcp service will not start and responds with an Error 5 Access is denied.  However, if the Vista client is placed into a separate OU and policy inheritance is blocked the Vista client functions as it should.

this is a particularly nasty bug that I have not figured out how to solve yet- does it work if you set a static IP? This has been a suitable workaround for some people, and I've been forced to use it in the past. I don't know how suitable it is for you. If you find a solution to this, please let me know; I will keep working on it and do the same!
